The View from BIDE

Great location, right by the beach, clean, comfortable and spacious

Nothing

Wonderful views of the bay

Nothing really

My stay in room 001 suite, was just perfect. With Separate bedroom with king bed & a single, was so comfy, I felt I was at home with a squishing duvet & crisp, clean sheets. Plenty of Sockets/USB to charge your gadgets, as well as the kitchen with all the necessary utensils, plates, coffee, tea etc. Shower large, was excellent, great pressure on either hand or ceiling shower. The main reason of my booking this establishment was the view of the sea & being the last Hotel at the tip of the north Highlands, with floor to ceiling clean windows in the sitting/kitchen area. Customer service was excellent. Both girls, Mandy and Ronnie were always very pleasant when I called and so helpful whenever they could call back. Parking could be a little difficult if it was fully booked. It is an easy walk into town with lots of restaurants/shops. My only moan, the Mirror in the bathroom was way too high, would be nice if they had a swivel for the likes of me at 5 ft, we’re not all 5.6ft. I wish I had a few more days just enjoying and relaxing the accommodation. Thank you and I definitely would be back. I’ve already told my friends and family of your wonderful hotel/Airbnb and customer service. If you are in hopes to view the Northern lights, just step outside and enjoy them as I was so blessed too as well as many full rainbows in a space of a few hours.

Spacious room with a big shower. Kitchen area as well.

Limited parking and the floors were a bit creaky. No meals available.
