La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas

Nos encantó la habitación los espacios super amplios, las camas super comodas todo muy limpio, lo recomiendo encarecidamente si viajas a Tanger, no dudaria en repetir.

Nada que decir

Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeder hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und alle waren immer ansprechbar. Wir haben gute Empfehlungen bekommen und am Besten fanden, wir, dass wir unsere Wäsche nebenan waschen lassen konnten. Die Betten waren wirklich wahnsinnig bequem und alles war top sauber.

Die Fenster sind doppelt verglast, aber bei dem Lärm der Grossen Stadt reicht das manchmal nicht. Es ist ein Tunnel vor dem Haus, wie junge Leute sich über ihre starken Motoren freuen ;-) In einem anderen Appartement hat jemand dauernd die Möbel hin und her geräumt, was super laut gehallt hat. Im Flur hallt ebenfalls jedes Geräusch-Teppiche würden sicher helfen. Mit Ohrstöpseln ist es aber völlig ok.

The room is nice, big, modern, and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom and shower.

The place was difficult to find at first. The air conditioning in our room was broken and the room was sweltering hot. We arrived back to the hotel late and there was nobody on reception. Tried calling and the phone had been left at reception. After 20mins of looking the guy suddenly turned up. We explained the issue and he got on the phone chatting and laughing with this guy for about 10mins, not reassuring or updating us even once (bear in mind this is nearly midnight at this point). He came up to the room, looked at the control for a while and then said it would be fixed tomorrow. We asked for some options as the room was not habitable for sleep. Didn’t get any. So we asked if we could use the fan at reception which he did accept. That made our night a little less unbearable. I’m sure this could have been a one-off incident but the way it was handled and apparent lack of care or effort to find a solution definitely took us by surprise.
