Fabulous location and lovely room. Staff were great, kept in touch re check in etc and even had a welcome glass of cava for us.

Beautiful and great location, comfy beds! Clean.
Not much storage space, very rude gentleman on reception who had confusion over our passports, called the police to come to our room at 6am very scary and upsetting.

Location is exceptional. Right in heart of old town Marbella. Building has real history. One of the first buildings in Marbella, with significant architectural history. Beautiful room with high ceilings.

Manager Vanessa was very helpful and friendly. Location and decent room.
Smallish room with very little hanging storage. Other staff were surly and rude. No breakfast possible although I thought I had specified it in the search engine. Cafe at hotel was owned but not operated by the hotel, this appeared to cause a constant friction between hotel and cafe employees but more importantly meant a lack of service for customers.
