Welcome to our family home in Normandy.

This cottage, nestled in the heart of a 2000m² enclosed garden, is between authentic charm and tranquility. It will offer you a haven of peace that can accommodate up to 6 adults. You will be 10 minutes by car from Deauville & Trouvilles, and 20 minutes from Honfleur.

Our country house is located in a secure domain, a private place with caretaker. Two shared tennis courts are available to the co-owners and their tenants (subject to availability).PGJyPg
** Living / Dining Room: large living/dining room of 80m², with direct access to the terrace thanks to the 5 French windows. Enjoy a large fireplace and a spacious table that can accommodate 8 to 10 guests.
Relax in our comfortable armchairs or on the sofa, ideal for moments of sharing.
And for lovers of reading or board games, our 2nd reading room offers the perfect setting for hours of relaxation.

** Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen is equipped to meet all needs. You would have at your disposal an oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and two compact refrigerators.

** Bathrooms: The house has 2 bathrooms with bathtub upstairs, as well as two separate toilets (one on the first floor and one upstairs), guaranteeing comfort and convenience for all guests.

** Bedrooms:
- Master bedroom "pink": One double bed
- Double bedroom "blue": One double bed
- Children's bedroom "green": Two single beds and large play area. A cot with bars available on request.

** Garden: Our green garden is a real natural setting, equipped with chairs, tables and a barbecue to fully enjoy the great outdoors. The terrace is ready to welcome you for your outdoor meals, and the garden is fully enclosed, ensuring total security and privacy. Please note that the land is mostly sloping.

** Connections and Entertainment: Stay connected with WiFi access and share fun moments with our selection of board games. A TV is also available in the living room.

Private parking is available at the foot of the house.
