Wonderful property!

Everything was perfect! Very clean and spacious, nice area, great amenities. Quick and easy drive to Disney

This location was fantastic! We had a mix of adults to young children and the space was perfect. The security gate at night was a bit hit or miss but we got it sorted out every time- just needed patience. The pool and spa were used often, and the bonus game room was a nice place for downtime for some of the kids. Beds were not too soft or firm and having ample bathrooms really came in handy since we traveled with teenagers. Love the stay, location to Disney, and made great memories!

The house was great! The only issue with the trip is that it says heated pool on the listing. The listing doesn’t state it’s an additional charge and you have to call the company to get it turned on. I emailed the first night. I emailed the next day and then called to try to get the heater turned on. I was told it was too late in the day to come out today and by the time they come out tomorrow, it wouldn’t heat up at all. Which I own the same size pool personally at my house and there is a spa on this pool which would’ve heated up a little quicker but they refused to come out. That next morning, however there was a pool maintenance man, but they were too busy to have someone come out and turn on the heat for us. Overall, the place was great. Make sure you’re very clear that you want the pool heated before beforehand. It was a total wasted amenity and they listed as one of their top ones. It was my wife’s 50th birthday and it would’ve been nice to be able to come back from Epcot all day and to get into a pool that at least was starting to be warmed up.
