The house and amenities are amazing. Great location to all theme parks. Excellent house with pool for large family.

A wonderful stay!

Would stay here again, great house with tons of amenities. We had couple issues, but both things were corrected same day after I contacted them. Outstanding customer service.

First impression walking in was great. But after that you notice the following: the carpet was very dirty and worn. It was not comfortable walking barefoot on it. The first floor bathroom had a broken missing shower handle. The second floor bathroom the hot and cold faucets were backwards which is very unsafe. The ice maker in the freezer did not work. For a five bedroom house there was minimal utensils and cookware. The clothes dryer broke but maintenance came to fix it but the top of the dryer remained red hot. Recommend a replacement. Something is wrong with it. The batteries in all remotes needed to be replaced. Smoke detectors did not work. Closet doors were not secured on their tracks and fell off creating an unsafe environment for children. Overall safety is a concern with this house.
