Staff were polite, though passive on responding to concerns about amenities in the room, namely dysfunctional charging port and room temperature.

Such a positive experience! It felt more like a boutique hotel. I was traveling alone and felt really safe. The hostel was clean, even showers and bathrooms. The breakfast was tremendous considering it was only $2 extra, highly recommend. Would absolutely stay again!
