Best staff. The owners were so friendly and kind. We couldn’t have had a better stay. Very clean and breakfast was good. Great location.

A wonderful hotel. Bernardo and is son were extremely helpful and solicitous. They had the best breakfast spread we saw on our trip. The location was also great. It was an easy walk to the Palácio National da Sintra (we are mid seventies). The following day we took a short Uber ride to the Palacio National da Pena and then walked to the Castelo dos Mouros. From there it was only a 30 minute walk back to the hotel. Bernardo's restaurant recommendations were also excellent.
There is a very nice terrace with views of the palaces on the mountain.
There is no car parking at the hotel but there is free public parking a five minute walk from the hotel. Note: we arrived at about 2pm on a week day. The parking lot was crammed but I found a place. On the weekend, it was mostly empty. It appears to be used by working locals.

This hotel is conveniently located few minutes away from train station and city bus stations. Room was very quiet and clean. Manager Rui was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a big plus, We stayed 2nights, highly recommended.

We stayed two days there. Staff was perfect to help us. Breakfast menu was excellent for us. We were really happy to stay at Sintra because of their kind help.
