1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
2) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
3) If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main living level contains a twin bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room, the second level are the two bedrooms plus a bathroom.
4) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degree.
5) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.
6) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
7) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.

Great location one block away from the boardwalk! Property was beautiful (especially the multiple decks), clean, safe, and parking was secure. Host was communicative and accessible. Will book again!

My mom is handicapped and John accommodated as needed. John was a fabulous host- he’s available, attentive and accommodating. The unit is SPECTACULAR & SUPER CLEAN!!! It has common space including a rooftop deck perfect for viewing fireworks where you can be with your party and areas (balconies and bedrooms) where you can be alone- perfect for traveling families. The location is great- just off the boardwalk, but you can be right there at the Beachcomber or the Sawmill within 3 minute walk! I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Our recent vacation in the Seaside Heights area was a wonderful experience. The accommodations exceeded all our expectations, particularly the rooms, personal balconies, and rooftop area, which added to our enjoyment. A standout feature of our stay was the secure environment, which provided peace of mind both for us and our vehicle, thanks to the dedicated parking spot. We look forward to returning in the future, as we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our visit.
