Excellent place to stay, would’ve been five stars except if you are a guest and not on the breakfast included plan with the hotel they don’t allow you into the restaurant area till after 10 AM, I just wanted to use the espresso cappuccino machine that was available to all guests. The tokens for the self serve bar for beer & wine is an excellent idea. Would stay with them again.

They have a good variety of food selection for their breakfast buffet. The dining room is clean and well organized. Staff is welcoming and helpful. One of their amenities I found helpful was their laundry on the the 13th floor. They also have a vending machine, microwave and ice machine available on one of the floors. The two bed room we got was decently sized, not too crowded.

The hotel was conveniently located in a perfect area for shops and dining. I would recommend this hotels being a good value for how much they charge.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a little small, but that is typical of Japanese hotels. It was comfortable, clean, and relaxing! Very well located if you want to walk about the Nishiki Market! Thank you Hotel Grand Bach Kyoto for the wonderful stay.
