Superb boutique hotel, located on a quite yet very central street. Very helful staff. Room is comfortable, spacious and compared to hotels in Osaka and Tokyo, this one offers Nesrpresso coffee, mineral water bottles (surprisingly many didnt) and a range of premium toilet amenities.

Considerate and friendly staff. Some spoke English. Simple but useful amenities like two croissants delivered to your floor every morning. Microwave, refrigerator, plates and utensils. Plenty of outlets. STRONG shower water pressure. Close to subway and local markets, restaurants. It was perfect for us.

Our stay has been pleasant. The staffs' English proficiency is quite well, at least we are able to communicate well. The environment is very good, quiet and clean. It's located in an area nearing a lot of famous restaurants and shops. The room is also quite big for such a price. I would love to stay here again if I visit Kyoto next time.
