Lovely stay at Hotel POHA House Büchel! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the old city and the Dom, which made sightseeing effortless. The room was spotless and uncluttered, so there was nothing to collect dust. Everything I needed was provided in the room, making the stay very comfortable. Check-in was a breeze: the same door code worked for the room and the entrances, so coming and going was simple and hassle-free. Highly recommend for a convenient, clean, and easy city stay!

The staff was SO, So helpful in getting us an extra room on very short notice.
The room was great and the location was terrific.
I was worried about not having a reception desk but they were very responsive to my email and calls and there is a manager on site.
Thank you for a great stay!

Wasn’t sure if I booked a special accommodation room but this is what I ended up having and the size was great and had everything I needed. I’m happy I called ahead of time because I never received an email about my room number and code until the day after I checked in… the room it self was very dusty and the bathroom was moldy.
