Lovely entrance area, clean kitchen, dining area with everything you need to cook a meal or eat in. Free washing machines and dryers was a fantastic bonus.
Well located on the Nakasendo trail, close to restaurants, transport and a good sized supermarket with an amazing selection of sashimi/sushi. Free saki tasting was great!

The place was clean, we had everything we needed, and we even got to try different types of sake as well as a frozen meal, which was greatly appreciated! We were able to leave our bags for the luggage service to collect later, which was also very good.

Spaciousm, clean, and quiet for a guest house. Free laundry and local sake tasting was a nice touch.

Good kitchen, close to the station, bed was comfy
Note: we stayed in Feb with snow on the ground. Freezing cold rooms except kitchen area and bedroom once blasted with a heater. Bathroom and toilet ( downstairs) had no heating and no insulation, so freezing. Maybe upstairs was better, but didn't go up.No soundproofing
