We booked the design double room with mountain view. Room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the large open windows to be able to look out over the town. Communication for check in was great. This place also went over and above when they found out it was my partners birthday by arranging a birthday surprise for her. I would happily recommend Sapa Chill Retreat for anyone looking to book in here.

I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend booking the Designer Room. The bed was positioned in such a way that you could enjoy the entire view of Sapa while lying in bed. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace, which is a very cool and nice setting. However, during my stay, the weather in Sapa was quite cold and damp, so having breakfast outdoors was not ideal. If I return to Sapa, I would gladly stay at the same hotel and in the same room again.
