The condo was exactly what we expected and so close to town. Very accommodating, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Small but cozy 2 bedroom condo unit, on the bottom floor. It was nicely decorated for Christmas which was a pleasant surprise. There was even a small tabletop Christmas tree! Very thoughtful. Older construction, maybe 40 to 50 years old, primary evidence is that the shower is like those of the 70s and 80s in that it is narrower than today’s. The flooring in the kitchen/living room/dinette area has severe noise/squeaking issues. The heating was by multiple space heaters and they worked very well, we were always very warm while it was freezing outside. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. It is a good location, a 20 minute/half mile walk into town so you can avoid town parking problems if you’re so inclined.

There was definitely a problem the first night when we found the smoke detector in the bedroom missing with just two wires hanging down. Called the after hours number and was told the concern would be emailed to the office. Got a call the next morning and was told they could send someone over to install one "if we want." What? It is the law (RCW). When we got back to the room later in the day someone had come in and installed one. Probably shouldn't have had to pay for the 1st night!
