Plenty of space for a family of four. Close to town and easy access to activities. Very simple check in/check out process, and communication with the host was easy and fast.

We couldn't figure out how to run the garbage disposal, and the salt shaker lid came off so we lost all the salt to a bowl of popcorn haha, but we loved our stay! Within comfortable walking distance of the trails by the river, which we loved.
