Perfect location. Super clean and beautiful property

This condo is extremely spacious and like others have pointed out looks just like the pictures. The balcony was a great place for people watching. The condo is in walking distance to multiple restaurants and the beach. Parking was a bit limited but we were able to pay for parking right outside the building. Only complaint would be the musty smell in the elevator but I doubt the owner has any control over that. Otherwise, the condo is a great place to stay and would stay here again!

Place is beautiful. Difficult communication with manager. Need instructions on tv usage

Every year my friends and I go to spring training in Clearwater. This year, our stay in Clearwater was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded expectations. Dan, Greg, and Matt were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. They made everything easy and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The location truly couldn’t be better. It’s perfectly situated within walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach. Being able to step out and quickly enjoy Clearwater’s vibrant atmosphere made the trip even more enjoyable. The property itself was spotless. You could immediately tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything was clean, well organized, and very comfortable, which made it feel like a home away from home.Overall, this is a fantastic spot and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Clearwater. Between the amazing hosts, the unbeatable location, and the pristine condition of the place, it’s hard to imagine a better place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Mark B.
