Great spot for a family vacation. The host (Toni) was very responsive and thorough. She made the whole process a breeze from check in to check out. The room was clean and had everything you needed and more for your stay. Property is peaceful and close enough to plenty of stuff you might need or want.

Great condo, clean, stocked with the right supplies. Beach and pool supplies provided by host. Perfect sized pool, short walk to the beach, beach wagon provided by host. The soft serve ice cream at mini golf down the road is delicious. Toni was a responsive and prepared host. We hope to stay here again!

Everything we needed. Great to have the beach chairs and wagon. Snacks, wine and a couple bottles of water were a nice touch. Able to walk next door to a bar/restaurant. Convenient location to grocery/bars/dining and downtown St Augustine.
