There is a ground-floor shower room and wet room, and a bathroom with both a bath, walk-in shower, basin and separate WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and furniture and off-road parking for five cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking or fireworks.
