Very clean and well kept,
Slightly dated

Room was clean, bedding soft and comfortable. Location worked well since we were touring the area in north Jersey.
Unfortunately when getting ready in the morning 7:30am before checking out, there was no hot water at the bathroom sink.

The motel was very clean, nicely decorated and very quiet: We couldn't hear the nextdoor guests through the walls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had our dogs with us and they were welcomed as we were.
The only small thing that I would add would be coffee makers in the rooms or coffee in the lobby. There is nowhere close to get morning coffee. Certainly not a deal breaker.

Beautiful location & very friendly staff.
No blackout curtains - only sheer that outside you can see through. No outside light by our room. I expected a coffee pot in the room, but none there.
