Grand ARIA Hotel

The staff at this property are an absolute highlight—even without being prompted, they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Having a constant, 24/7 reception desk made everything so smooth and convenient, giving a strong sense of reliability at any hour of the day or night. Additionally, the location offers great everyday convenience. While it isn't right on top of the main action, there are plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets within a comfortable walking distance, making it very easy to grab a bite or pick up essentials without needing a vehicle.

On the downside, the initial room setup fell short when it came to basic cleanliness, as the towels and blankets provided were not clean. While the staff did promptly replace them upon request, these fundamental items should be properly checked and fresh before a guest checks in. Additionally, the location is quite far from Arbat Street and other major city attractions, which is a major downside because you constantly have to rely on booking cabs to get anywhere interesting.

Новое здание. Хороший ремонт. Просторные комнаты. Приветливый персонал.

Сантехника течет, горячая вода постоянно пропадает, интернета практически нет, неприятный запах в комнатах и с/у. Уборка в номере по случаю, белье и полотенца не поменяли ни разу за неделю.

Не центр. Но транспортное сообщение неплохое 73. 30. 135 автобусы ездят часто (каждые 10-15 мин). А в центре уже удобно перемещаться на метро
