At the front desk upon check-in, you must pay the registration fee per APARTMENT:

This is a one-time payment for the entire stay and is not included in the accommodation price. (This fee is not included in Airbnb rates because it is collected directly by the building.)

It is very important to be aware of the requirements that must be met at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building for guests and visitors in the city of Cartagena, in order to comply with the regulatory agencies that govern tourist establishments in Cartagena:

1. If you are a foreign national, you must present your valid passport at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building.

2. If you are a foreign national of Venezuelan nationality, you must present your valid passport and/or your valid residence permit at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building.

3. If you are a Colombian citizen, you must present your citizenship ID card if you are of legal age or your identity card and/or civil registry card if you are a minor at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building.

4. Minors must register at the time of check-in with their parents; otherwise, the adult responsible for the minor must bring a permission slip authenticated by the minor’s parents authorizing the accompanying person to register the minor at check-in at the Palmetto building, as a preventive measure for child protection.
