- Gym: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00
Other highlights:
- Blackout curtains for a great night’s sleep.
- Ample storage space for clothes.
- Building with 24/7 security.
- Right in front of the building: public transportation and a main road.
- The building charges an additional registration fee of $90.000 COP per apartment (not included in the total reservation amount). This payment must be made in cash on the day of check-in to the staff member who hands over the apartment
Check-in requirements:
- Colombians: National ID card, passport, civil registry certificate, or identity card (for minors).
- Foreigners: Passport with an entry stamp or a valid PEP.
- Minors not traveling with their parents must present a notarized authorization form signed by their legal guardians.
Copies, photos, digital documents, police reports, or expired documents will not be accepted.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in denial of access to the building.
The following are not permitted: parties, events, or pets.
