Just waiting for you-English reception-Ticket reservation-walk 3 mins to Tianmenshan cableway

Rainbow is a wonderfully cheerful and helpful host. She speaks perfect English, and helped us with everything we needed. The location is also excellent.

A shower curtain to avoid wet floor all over the bathroom (at least in the room we stayed in) would have been nice, but the drain was a little further away, so I understand it would help little. And it was no big deal, since there were slippers provided. The value for money is still perfect.

The moment we walked in the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The owners English was amazing and explained everything very clearly to us. She gave us information on how to explore the mountain and was very knowledgeable about what was around. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Our towels were changed and water restocked when needed. Would highly recommend😁

Property was in an awesome location, cheap taxi to the national park, and right beside the cableway to Tianmen mountain. It was also a good distance from the Qixing Mountain Via Ferrata if that is of interest to you, so better to stay here than in the national park if you plan on doing that. The true highlight was the staff here, they spoke great English and were super helpful in helping me book all my tickets, and provide routes and options for how I should approach my days. There was 0 up charge on the tickets, and Rainbow (host) was super helpful in providing me all the available options and planning my trip BEFORE I ARRIVED. You essentially get the service of a booking guide and accommodations in one. Highly recommend.

Rainbow on reception is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, the location for bus station to forest park, the cable car to Tianmen Mountain is 5 mins walk max. 30 secs to great restaurants..

If you want hot water for a shower, you need to be using it before 8 am,…. please don’t let this put you off when you pay this amazing orice price… we went in March so it was cold but electric blankets and heavy duvets compensate someway.
