We would stay here again. The place could use a good dusting & deep clean (such as dust ruffle & baseboards) but it wasn’t too bad. The location & view & patio make it 5-star!

The unit was as advertised. The unit was clean and roomy. Apparently the Home Owners Association is responsible for lots of added security. The problem is guests care required to key in a numerical code at each gate.Very cumbersome if you are trying to carry stuff to the pool or beach. Also had to call maintenance as the TV in the living room was not working. The mattress and pillows need to be replaced in the master bedroom. Not sure how I feel about renting next year. We have been coming to One Ocean place for over 15 years.
