One Ocean Place is the perfect destination for your family beach vacation - 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, undercover parking, gated entrance, and 24 hr security.
This immaculate 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom spacious (1,600 sq. ft.) condo offers an AMAZING view of the beach and ocean from the 6th floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has a view that allows you to watch the morning sun rise out of the ocean without lifting your head off the pillow! The master bathroom was remodeled this year. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and bedroom #3 is furnished with a large bunk bed setup with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom (queen bathroom has tub & shower) and ceiling fans. If you need additional sleeping capacity, the couch in the living room opens into a queen-size sleeper. A baby Pack' N Play and high chair can also be provided upon request.
Our living and dining areas are extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable - perfect for lounging around after a full day in the sun! The floor to ceiling windows offer a view from inside that can't be beat. The large (48") flat screen TV in living room is HD equipped. TV's are also located in each of the bedrooms. The condo also has a new, full-size washer & drier for your convenience. The kitchen was completely remodeled earlier this year and is fully equipped with all the amenities of home; including an ice maker, keurig, microwave, large selection of quality pots and pans, dishware, and spices too!
If you are looking for a change of pace from the wind, waves, and sand, One Ocean Place offers a large pool deck with pools and hot tubs at each end with plenty of lounge chairs overlooking the crystal-clear pools (cleaned daily) and the ocean.
This is a family-owned condo and we take a lot of pride in its cleanliness and appearance. We are permanent residents of One Ocean Place and will be available to help ensure that your vacation experience is worry-free. The host was super accommodating and answered every question. The condo was decorated beautifully and we had so much room . The building was very very clean and secure . I loved the view the pool was very nice . I would book this again in a heartbeat!!! Although we didn’t use the umbrella and chairs that were included in rental it was a great perk. Parking was convenient and accommodating our large suv. Beds were comfortable. There were some necessities like salt and pepper and oil and sugar I should have looked for before I went to store but I left some behind for next guest thank you so much for a beautiful week!!! 607 is way to go!!! We ate at claw house was very good had a seafood boil couldn’t finish it all. Went to Texas Roadhouse excellent and Stella’s for homemade ice cream and California pizza and mellow mushroom!!! All good choices!

The unit was clean and furnished with quality furniture. Updated kitchen and master bath. View is ocean/beach front. Has all the amenities you need except personal items such as phone chargers! Owner was in contact and extremely professional and personable. This unit is a ten out of ten.

We once again really enjoyed our stay at One Ocean Place. It is always great to see friends that we have made there over the years. Our condo was perfect for our needs. The owner was extremely easy to work with. In addition, he and his wife made a special effort to meet us on the beach and they also had a surprise welcome gift for us when we arrived. The property was is great shape and the convenience to the beach is always enjoyed.
