Take the elevator down to the ground level and it's only a short walk before you feel the sand beneath your feet. Parking is secured with security gates. Covered parking has clearance ranging from 6' to 7'3”. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Perfect for our family. Condo was clean and as advertised. The location was greqr for a family with little ones as it’s on the beach so it allowed us to go back and forth as needed.

The condo we were in was in a good area and in decent shape but a few items need to be fixed or updated like the sliding doors to the balcony and the carpet desperately needs to be pulled up and replaced, the TV's didn't work properly.
Overall it was a decent place the beach was nice.

One Ocean Place- GREAT place to stay & have done so several times. This unit had received comments about needing tender loving care. No true statement. Nice size/space but furnace filter packed with dirt/grime, ceiling fan unusable due to caked dirt on blades, A/C stopped because water drain clogged and had to call maintenance, the rugs in bedrooms were stained and GROSS. Since COVID you would think this would not be ignored. Sliders are difficult to open/close and much more. Having to pick up/drop off keys at office is so old school. Push-button entries are the way to go. Will stay again at this high rise but will need to pass on unit 505 due to these issues. It has the potential of being so great .
