Everything was lovely, I wish I could have stayed longer

Absolutely wonderful. We have elementary age kids and the Jungala water park was a dream for them. The resort is expansive but they have an excellent shuttle system that gets you around to everything with ease.

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) had the best time ever. The staff was amazing. The resort was so clean and well kept. The room was large and clean.
On top of everything, the staff did everything to accommodate us. Our flight arrived early so they let us do an early check in. Then our flight departed later in the day so they accommodated that as well.
I mentioned it was my daughter’s 4th birthday and they went above and beyond and surprised my daughter with the most beautiful balloons, card, and birthday dessert.
I can’t wait to come back again!
