We love the Vidanta property and this time was no different. Our host was very easy to communicate with, helped us with any guidance needed and the property was great as always.

Vidanta Maya Riviera is an amazing resort. The host was always very good at getting back to us, as well as giving us great suggestions. Our 2 bdrm suite in the Mayan Palace was in a perfect location, next to Jade and our choice of pools. We will be back. The "only" reason I gave the overall rating 4 stars was because of the checkout. We were giving 3 different amounts, 1 was to spend at Jade, and the other 2 were different amounts we needed to pay. They never could give us a legitimate reason on why the amounts were different.
