El Dorado Royale, All & More Inclusive Adults Only

The resort was exactly as described! The food was exquisite at every location. I went on this trip solo and had a fantastic time. Just a tip, make sure to make your reservations for dinner with your concierge the day you arrive to make the process easier. I did have an issue with checking out, but it did not impede on me getting to the airport.

The check-in process was horrible, but the stay was wonderful. Amazing food, great service and a truly beautiful resort! Absolute paradise! El Dorado Generations and El Dorado Casitas Royale have better food, service and overall amenities than El Dorado Royale.

Fav resort! We keep returning

We stayed at the casitas last summer and enjoyed our stay. We stayed at Royal this time and didn’t have as good of an experience. They didn’t tell us where our room was so we had to figure out the wifi and find a map while standing in the heat. Our toilet kept messing up and wouldn’t flush. They fixed it once but that only lasted a few flushes. The bracelet to open my room wouldn’t work. They fixed it but it only worked one time. Luckily my husbands bracelet worked. They didn’t restock the beers in our room. A little of the lunch restaurants were closed. One of the reasons we liked the resort before was the amount of restaurants but it was limited this time. Just all around not the best experience this time.
