We were in town for our son’s wedding at Caitlyn Farms. We looked at bigger rentals, further away. We chose this rental due to proximity, the king bed and two queens! The sofa pulls out and they even have a twin mattress stashed under a queen bed. It was just perfect for us. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the property as the events were jammed packed. We didn’t have time to check out the kayaks etc. but with the drought the water is low right now anyway. Kent was so responsive when we had a question or issue. We highly recommend this property!!

This cottage was perfect for an extended weekend stay for my husband and me. The property was pristine and offered privacy while still accessible to amenities nearby. Kent was super responsive to my questions and easy to communicate with. We'll be back!
