We traveled with another family and there was plenty of room. The AC worked great which was very important to us. The property was close enough to walk to the beach but we drove because of all the things we needed to bring. My only negative about the stay was the pool; it was really dirty.

Overall it was a good stay, very clean and super close to the beach. The pool/ playground was a huge hit with the kids. The beds are not very comfortable and the downstairs shower is very slippery when wet and the kids kept falling. The outdoor grills are rusted so I suggest bringing your own but they did have a baby gate for the stairs which was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was comfortable and as advertised. It was within a reasonable walking distance to the beach, and the pool was great for our six kids.We had a couple minor maintenance issues, and the management company was swift to respond and get them fixed.The only catch for us was it was advertised as having beds for 10 I think, but only had seating for 4 at the counter. I should have payed attention to the pictures and noticed the lack of a table in the public space. Our game night plans changed a little, but we made it work.
