100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
It is a very cute place and yet quite classy and luxurious. Loved the small kitchenette in the room and of course the location is fabulous.
And Leonardo from the property team was truly outstanding in responding promptly, with care and always the right instructions and guidance; even to the point of checking once we reached. Absolutely stellar service!
Nothing really

Great location for all the sights
Good to have tea /coffee and toiletries provided
easy check in
The sign about rubbish on the back of the door regarding waste was a little confusing , as no provision of separate waste bags .
Made us wary of getting a penalty fine with any waste .

Fantastic location, we had change of plans in the last minute and were accommodated in less than 20 minutes by the staff - room is large, clean, modern, and AC works perfectly.
There's a great bakery around the corner for breakfast / coffee, as well as one of the best snack bars/restaurants in Venice 100m away.
I would honestly recommend the stay to anybody travelling to Venice, it might take a few extra minutes to get here by public transit but it's totally worth it
Can't think of anything that was even a minor inconvenience - easiest review I will ever write

Beautiful and comfortable large bed. Very nice linens. Room was nicely appointed with free bottled water, slippers, teacups, an electric kettle and coffee maker. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The refrigerator in the room is very useful.
We were there in early October and it was still warm outside. The room was stuffy in the evening. The AC is not available after October 1, so we opened the windows for fresh air and ventilation. However, noisy people in the street and people getting on and off boats in the canal disrupted our sleep throughout the night. Next time we visit, we may investigate staying elsewhere.
