⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the 5th floor of a building with no lift, reached by a narrow staircase: you will need to climb five floors on foot, luggage included. This access is not suitable for elderly guests, guests with reduced mobility or guests travelling with large suitcases.
* At 20 m², this is a one-room studio: the only bed is the double sofa bed in the main room, which also serves as the living and dining area. Guests who want a separate bedroom or room to spread out for a long stay should take this into account.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned: it can get hot in summer, which matters for guests sensitive to heat.
* The bathroom, which combines the shower, washbasin and toilet, is compact and its washbasin is very small: with two guests, you will need to take turns, especially in the morning.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from Sentier, Réaumur-Sébastopol and Bonne Nouvelle metro stations, in a studio with an open kitchen equipped with a hob and a Nespresso machine.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
