Excellent from start to finish. AllI’d say is the neighbours we inherited for the last few days were very load and kept us up until 3AM most nights but that’s not taking away this wonderful Villa and service from Top Tier management. Very helpful, came around and showed us how it all works, was in the phone when needed which wasn’t much at all. Lovely Villa and was so much better than the one we come from the week before. We moved in between out fortnight and wish we stayed in this one for the whole holiday, but I’ll go into that when I write my review on the villa in Golden Bear under Magical magical magical properties Medical Vacations who was a complete nightmare to deal with and very low standards of practice for a service company. Would never use them again and we come to Florida a lot. All in all this villa was amazing and service excellent. Would highly recommend. 5 stars all round.

Our family had a fantastic stay at The Sensational Sanctuary. We had ten children ages 2-18 and everyone greatly enjoyed the trip. Plenty of indoor hangout space, from the large gathering areas to the theater room. And the pool was the biggest hit. We spent much of our time enjoying the sun and utilizing the very large pool. Great location, great home. Top Tier was excellent at communication and immediately responded to two simple requests/reach outs. Highly recommend!
