Stylish and spacious for solo traveler needing to squeeze in some work time. It was wonderful to be able to move from inside w/ lots of natural light to out on private decks w/ garden. I particularly enjoyed the large, clean bathroom, modern laundry, and vintage-like stereo (i.e. includes bluetooth.) And second bedroom was large and ideal for hosting daughter living locally.
Close proximity to Hyochang Park is a bonus - don't miss.
Limited seating in living area could make this apartment seem smaller than it is, despite large bedrooms. This should not be an issue during months when the outdoor decks can be put to use, but may be a limiting factor for enjoyment when a large group is all in living / kitchen area.

It was a great place for our family, clean, bright y t and the AC was excellent with the recent heat wave! The kitchen was great and appreciated the washer and dryer.
I would agree with other reviews that you have to walk a steep hill to get to tge unit and you need to take that into consideration.

Beautiful, well sized villa with great facilities, including cooking space, fridge, washing machine, dryer and huge, bright outdoor deck area. The area is peaceful and not too far from Hyochang Park station. Highly responsive and communicative host. Will stay here again!
Be aware if walking from either Hyochang Park station or Gongdeok station, the area is quite hilly which is no problem if you’re fit.
If driving, parking may be difficult (seems like the neighbour might be using the allocated space since most guests may not drive).
Make sure to bring an eye mask as the beautiful larger windows do not have curtains or blinds.

Living room was the best part of the accommodation. The huge windows were really nice. The owner was really helpful (we could check-in earlier).
