Location is great, right there as you come out of the train station!
Very easy to gain access, room very nice, clean, comfortable. Although the trains are passing all the time it disnt disturb us atall. Would definitely recommend
It would be nice to see a member of staff sometimes, even just to say Hi etc.
When the rooms are cleaned the fridge needs checking, I placed a drink in there and when I came to get it the morning after it was frozen. It had been left to high but we didnt think to check it. Maybe somebody could just check it and make sure it isnt too high

The comfortable bed the little kitchen with fridge and tea sachets the car parking the location - all excellent
The tv wasn’t working the central heating was possibly not working but there was a little electric radiator that was working so that was fab.

Location was very good. The room was pleasant.
The shower went from boiling hot to freezing and back again numerous times. No staff on site was a bit weird to be honest.
