Opinie

4 / 10

Disappointing poorly maintained property

It was close to the things I was visiting for

I wasn’t given proper checking instructions despite properly registering everything causing a panic on arrival. There was both staining and an overpowering smell of cleaning product in my room. The floor immediately outside the shower was squishy to stand on as though the structure under the Lino was water damaged. Mattresses are thin and need replacing. I was also woken up my first night there by a faulty fire alarm.

Badly managed property with serious security issues

Good location in Lancaster

The property has a serious privacy and security issue that is not being addressed. The first day someone showed up at my door with the key to my room. I notified the management but did not receive any response. The second day someone entered my room as he had been given the key to my room. I felt very insecure and unsafe knowing others were provided the keys to my room. It’s an invasion of privacy, interrupted my study and was not addressed nor resolved by management when I altered them.

Overall, very comfy stay in the heart of Lancaster. Ideal for short visits

Comfy with all the basics included, shower gel, towels and a warm welcome card

Hassle with checkin - they forgot to send the check in pin needed to retrieve the keys Did not provide bin bags
