Couldn't have asked for a better location! Updated, clean, comfortable, spacious, both ocean and pool views, and includes beach and all other necessary amenities.

Excellent location. We enjoyed the pickleball, tennis and swimming pools. Access to the beach was excellent...just a short walk across the street. The beach service was an added bonus. The only downside was the dryer was not working so we needed to use the community laundry room which was just a short walk. The unit was mostly clean, however the living room furniture was showing its age and some of the tiles in the living room and kitchen were cracked. Nothing major and we would stay again.

We love staying at Sandpiper Cove in general. This condo in particular was the best location for the price. You can pay more and get a condo on the beach but I actually like this condo better for a young family. We were closest to my kids favorite pool on the property. You are steps from the beach. Its actually much quicker to get to the beach than staying in a huge condo on the beach where you have to travel through a big building. You also have plenty of parking in front of your door. No long walk to the vehicle. The beds were very comfy. Everything worked as it should. The AC worked great. Hot water for showers. The decor and furniture isnt fancy or brand new but we didnt mind. The condo came with nice beach towels, golf clubs, sand buckets, tennis and pickleball stuff, and more.

The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked with towels and detergent, and we made wonderful family memories during our stay. We love Sandpiper Cove and always enjoy visiting Destin.Unfortunately, when we opened the sleeper sofa, the mattress pad was dirty with crumbs, sand, small bugs, and mold underneath. I immediately reported it through VRBO with pictures, they replied, but just asking if I could find the clean sheets that were in the closet. I did reply back and told them that I found them. However I was told someone would follow up via email but I never received a response. We ended up washing the mattress pad ourselves and thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the sleeper sofa before it could be used. While this was disappointing, especially after using VRBO for many years without issues, we still enjoyed our vacation overall. I hope the cleanliness of the sleeper sofa is addressed so future guests have a better experience.
