The location was really nice, and the host was friendly and provided very clear self-check-in instructions. The room was okay, and the shared facilities were really modern. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, although the shared bathroom could have been cleaner and more accessible.
The shared bathroom was almost always occupied, and we had to wait for about an hour while another couple was taking a shower. I understand that this is not the host’s fault, but it was still quite inconvenient. The bathroom floor was also covered in hair and was very wet from the shower. The upstairs bathroom was also filled with ants. Additionally, the bedroom door was quite difficult to close and made a loud noise.

Fijne kamer met zeezicht. Fijne woonkamer en keuken. Dichtbij een kleine supermarkt en bakker.
Parkeren is dichtbij wel gelukt maar niet gegarandeerd. Langs de straat kan wel maar niet optimaal.
Huis is gehorig bij meer logees en allerlei dieren buiten (blaffende honden, haan).

The staff were very friendly. The owner answered the messages fast, and you could call him as well! The room was very clean, with towels and clean bedsheets.
No AC in the room. Maybe it was just bad timing, but there were a lot of ants, specifically in the bathroom. They didn't bother me, but if someone has phobia of insects, they should know.
Suggestion for the owner. I would put hooks on the door of the rooms and inside the bathroom next to the shower so there is somewhere to put the towels.
