Great property in a convenient location. We were in town for our son’s wedding and had events throughout the week in Downtown, Airlie Gardens and Wrightsville Beach area. We made it to everything we needed in 20 mins or so. House was fantastic and we enjoyed the outside patio. We had 1 minor issue upon arrival and the owner responded immediately and had everything taken care of quickly.Would definitely stay again for future travels to Wilmington and would recommend this location to others.

Great house! Kitchen was well stocked, home suited all of our needs perfectly. The hosts were great and communicative.

Our host Steve was exceptional and came over within 10 minutes of our request for help. The house was clean with an easy layout and lots of lounge space. Hotub was great at night. Everything we needed was there.

The house was nice, very spacious backyard and decorated very well. There was a lot of dirt in the house however. It covered the floors everywhere downstairs and was even in the sheets of the master bed. Our feet were filthy from walking around barefoot so we had to sweep the floors. No other issues with the house
