We had a family reunion with 7 adults and 2 children. The house was perfect Steve was accommodating and the house was so clean and well stocked. I recommend this house for a visit to wilmington

House was very clean and was perfect for our family traveling to attend a wedding. 15 min from the beach, lots of restaurants close by. Host was easy to get hold of. We enjoyed our stay.

I booked this house more than a year in advance for my daughter's graduation from UNCW. It was actually perfect for my husband, myself, both sets of our parents and our graduate. We were able to have some of her friends over for a celebration on Friday night and the house is excellent for entertaining. I have been to many VRBO's and this one hands down was the best one stocked for our arrival. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dish, soap, dishwasher, pods, etc..Steven was very prompt in responding toAny of my questions. Would completely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our needs! Three generously-sized bedroom with king beds meant everyone was comfortable. 4th bedroom - we called it the bunk room - was smaller but slept 4 (two twin bunk beds). We do suggest adding a bureau to that room. It connected to one of the king rooms via Jack and Jill bathroom. We also suggest that each of the THREE bathrooms (it is always a game changer to have enough bathrooms!) have an added small table for more places to put sundries. We easily entered the home (push button locks that change codes with each resident), the garage door opener, and the wifi code. Kitchen was well stocked and there were enough soap, towels, dishwasher products, utensils, etc. Kitchen table had 8 chairs. Big deck (could use a table and working umbrella). Backyard just wide enough and plenty long enough for kids to run around. It is not fenced in all the way around so do need to take care with little ones. Comfortable beds. Great location - although taking a left out can be tricky as at a busy intersection - but patience or taking a right will work equally well. We didn't use the huge jetted tub but it looked great. One bedroom had what one of our guests said was the neatest piece of furniture he had ever seen - a chest of drawers on a turntable with a mirror on the other side. VERY responsive landlord, before, during, and after trip. Were concerned about parking for a big family gathering but we spread out on the side yard (hope that was okay) and fit.
