Excellent location great host. Nearby to trails and Frisbee golf course. Friendly neighbors.

**Beautiful property with a few caveats**We recently stayed at this rental and had a mixed experience. The property is located in a very upscale, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. Inside, the rental itself is well-appointed, clean, and nicely decorated. Additionally, the host was great at communication and responded in a timely fashion to all of our messages. However, there were several drawbacks to our stay. Accessing the rental requires descending a grassy slope, which is quite difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The alternative route is a longer walk down the opposite side of the house, meaning this property seems impassable for a wheelchair or walker.Furthermore, the house rules state that "strong odors" are not allowed. Because this is highly subjective—and I have a very sensitive sense of smell—we didn't want to risk it. We bought groceries but ultimately decided not to cook at all, avoiding even simple things like scrambled eggs. We also noticed that the water pressure in the shower is quite low, and we had to catch and remove several live spiders from the living space during our stay. This is a lovely place, but I would only recommend it for couples who have no mobility issues, are traveling without children, and prefer not to cook during their stay.

Property was as described, spacious and like a home away from home. Beds were extremely comfy. Traveled with 3 adults and 2 kiddos. Very spacious and the kids loved the air hockey and ping pong table. Host was easy to communicate with. Will look for this property next time we travel to this area.

Enjoyed our stay. My granddaughter loved the air hockey table. Everything was clean and the amenities were helpful
