We had an amazing time in Sedona. This home is located within a short distance to town, shops & grocery stores. Also, a great location to other areas for a day trip such as the Grand Canyon. The house was a perfect oasis after a fun day of exploring Sedona & the surrounding areas. The kids loved spending endless hours in the beautiful pool area playing & the views were unbelievable. The house was well stocked with supplies & activities for the pool. We only needed to provide food as Phil made sure we had everything else. Phil was very responsive to any questions or needs we had while staying in his home. We will miss Sedona & this home tremendously!

Perfect place to stay in Sedona. The house is exactly as the pictures show. It is close to all the hiking trails restaurants and stores with also feeling away from everything. It was perfect for our family ages 2 to 65. The kids loved knowing they got to go back to the pool after doing hikes in the morning. The host Phil responded right away making sure we had everything we needed prior to arrival. Check in and check out was very easy. The house accommodates large groups especially with the two refrigerators and two sets of washer and dryer. The View I got to wake up to every morning was breathtaking . I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

I can’t begin to express how wonderful this property is and the host. It had a little bit of everything for every one of your guests or family members. Super clean, super accommodating and just the best view you could imagine. I don’t think we could’ve picked a better spot to be in Sedona. It was so easy to travel to wherever you wanted to go or whatever you needed. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at this house! It was very spacious and was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, pool items, etc. The pool in the back yard was awesome. The house looked just like the photos and was great value for the house and amount of space.
