The location of this apartment in Paris was perfect. Right next to the metro and a 5 min cab right to the Eiffel Tower (~30 min walking). The bed was comfortable, and the couch was a pull out which was great because we traveled with 4 ppl total (2 adults and 2 kids (16 and 6)). Olivier was incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay.

Spacious for Paris standards, well equipped kitchen with everything you need, great location close to 2 metro stations including Gare Montparnasse, washing machine, Netflix, good internet, comfortable beds, no noise at night time, good shower with hot water, ample storage space in the bedroom, separate toilet from shower, 2 fans were provided which we were grateful for as we were there in a heatwave, lift in the building but we did not use it as the apartment was only a short flight of stairs up. There was a very nice female neighbour who lived on the ground floor near the entrance. Didn’t meet Olivier in person, only spoke through WhatsApp, he was so friendly and welcoming. Sent us detailed information on the apartment, how to collect the keys, the location etc. We were also able to check in early after a very long flight and 2 hour wait to get through passport control at CDG airport, and also check out late for our flight to our next destination a few days later which we really appreciated. Thank you 🙏🏻

Olivier is a wonderful host! My family and I are grateful for the beautiful, clean apartment that has literally EVERYTHING! It's hard to even list what's missing. We didn't find anything! Cookware, plenty of kitchen utensils, and dinnerware for at least four people. You arrive and feel like you're visiting your grandmother, who has thoughtfully prepared everything for you for three or four days: bottles of water, tea, coffee capsules, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, spices, a great, spotless refrigerator, and a four-burner induction stove with a hood. The bathroom has ample toilet paper and soap. The shower has gel, shampoo, and laundry detergent. There's also a clothes dryer. The apartment is very quiet! The beds have comfortable mattresses, pillows, and good linens. The windows overlooked the courtyard, so sleeping was comfortable and quiet. Those who wanted to sleep in before 10:00 a.m. might hear the loud voices of the staff cleaning the entrance and other apartments. But Paris is so beautiful that it's best to get to know it by 9:00 or 9:30 a.m. Olivier is very friendly and quickly answers all questions and is always ready to help! We didn't meet him in person, but during our conversations on messenger, it felt like we'd known each other for a long time. Special thanks to Olivier from all of us for allowing us to check in early and check out a little later. For my 77-year-old mother, this was a special gift! Yes, there is an elevator in the building. It's for one person, but it's great that it exists! The area around the apartment is excellent! Several supermarkets are nearby, plus the infrastructure and logistics are excellent! I also recommend a wonderful restaurant, just a minute from the building—it's right on the corner. The food is delicious, inexpensive, and the waiters are wonderful.
