Welcome to Residenz Niendorf, Apartment 23, on the Baltic Sea at Travemünder Landstraße 2a, Timmendorfer Strand/Niendorf. This charming apartment is in a prime, central location, just 80 meters from the beach. Directly across the street is the Niendorf seawater indoor pool. Nearby, you’ll find numerous restaurants, shopping options, as well as two bakeries and a supermarket—all within easy walking distance. A leisurely stroll along the beach promenade will take you to the picturesque Niendorf Harbor in about 10–15 minutes.

The 60 m² two-room apartment on the first floor accommodates up to two people and is modern and tastefully furnished. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a cozy TV armchair with an ottoman for relaxing evenings watching TV, as well as a flat-screen TV and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area.

A special feature are the two balconies, which offer you the unique Baltic Sea atmosphere. On the east-facing balcony, you can enjoy the morning sun and start your day with a relaxing breakfast, while the south-facing balcony invites you to sunbathe and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The spacious hallway leads to the bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). The bathroom features a shower, a towel dryer, and a hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Additionally, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the common area in the basement. You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor parking space reserved for you next to the building. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
