The property was beautiful, with plenty of space across the three bedrooms a loft and three bathrooms. There are several balconies and a beautiful ocean view of Hanalei Bay. Being on the top floor there was relatively little noise from neighbors or passersby. The unit was well stocked with boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, etc as well as all the kitchen implements we needed.The entire complex is a great place to stay. It has a large, beautiful pool that was just the right temperature, a short walk down a (steep) hill to a great beach that has lots of fish to enjoy while snorkeling, and lots of other activities available like tennis courts, a cornhole setup, etc. The resort has a coffee shop that offers pastries, sandwiches, and snacks, a full restaurant (that gets quite busy at peak times) and a pizza restaurant. While there's no pool side service, it's easy to bring something from your unit to enjoy at the pool. Since the unit is comprised of three separate units, each one can be fully separated with internal doors (hotel-style double doors that each have a handle only on one side) and an exterior door for access. The only downside to this setup is that two of the bedroom doors only have handles on one side, so if you close the door, anyone else who wants to enter the room has to enter from the exterior door. Good to know, but all in all a very minor challenge in what is otherwise an incredible place to stay. We hope to be back soon!

This was our second time staying at HBR, this time with 10 instead of 4 of us. The three connecting units were perfect. The resort staff is helpful and professional, the property is beautiful. The tennis pro organized a doubles game for my dad, and my sister’s family used the golf cart rides to and from the beach several times. A lovely place to vacation with your family!

We had such an amazing stay at this condo in Hanalei Bay Resort! The unit was incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The views were absolutely stunning—waking up to them each day was a highlight of our trip. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and toys—they were perfect for enjoying time down by the water. Everything felt thoughtful and well taken care of. I had to mention the location of this unit is spectacular! Close to the beach access, ice machine and short walk to two pools. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough!

The accommodation was lovely except it was on the third floor and my husband is handicapped. I was terribly disappointed that I was not told it was on the third floor although the accommodation was lovely and clean, we will not be staying there again.
