Water dispenser was empty

The location was perfect! Everything was nearby—gas stations, convenience stores, and all the good restaurants.

The only thing that was a bit off was the shower drainage. The water didn’t drain properly and ended up spreading all over the bathroom floor.

I booked incredibly late and abrupt. I just landed at the airport, and needed a very quick place and booked one for the night and receptionist was very responsive in confirming when I called that the booking indeed came through, and that there's indeed a room available for that night right away. The location is also great as it's along the main highway I think and most of the places I needed to get to was just a few minutes away. They also had daily cleaning which made the room pleasant to stay in every day. They already had a hair dryer available so that made it easier to prepare everyday.

There are no basic things that are "typically" expected of a "hotel" such as: body wash, conditioner/shampoo, good soap or hand wash, slippers, and free bottles of water. Although they had hair dryer, they don't have a readily available steamer or iron. When I requested for one, it came right away but it was too small and didn't work properly. I'd think for a hotel, that is available and working properly.
