We were able to park the car and walk everyday into old Quebec. Lots of restaurants within a short walk. The 12th floor looking over the city at night was an added bonus. The apartment was clean and attractive.

Hosts were friendly, quick to respond and bi-lingual!!The unit was immaculately clean, adorably decorated and inviting! There was a handy “Welcome” Binder (digital and on site) that not only set out clear expectations/ check list for when you leave, ‘how to’ guides for the Nespresso etc., but also included some restaurant and site locations to visit if you need ideas. :)The building and parking structure are near a YMCA, so the initial ‘vibe’ is a little sketchy, but no one bothered us, and homelessness is a national issue that is NOT unique to Quebec City.Highly recommend and if/when we return to Quebec City we will check availability of 209 Caiman first!!! :)
