The apartment was exactly as shown. The bed is comfortable and there were both flat and fluffy pillows. The bedding has a lovely lavender smell which I found very relaxing. The couch was also very comfortable. There is a large washing machine and dryer and an apt sized dishwasher. I didn't cook but there were a lot of pots and pans. The fridge is apartment sized (smaller than a usual fridge) but still had plenty of storage space for 1-2 people - both in the fridge and freezer section. The shower is a good size with very good water pressure. There is shampoo but no conditioner (I had my own).Parking was very close by (a few minutes walk) and easy to find (keep going straight for less than half a block after google maps tells you to stop). If you have a lot of stuff, you can park in front of the apartment (it's 3.50/hour from 9am-9pm) and unload and then go to the parking lot if you have a lot of stuff.Having a full sized grocery store around the corner made my stay so much easier.I had an issue with the key pad to the apartment (it didn't accept the code) but Nadine had a back up available (a key in the same building in a lock box) that I could access and by the next day, the key pad was working again. The walk to the conference centre was all uphill but it is very close by. I would stay here again if coming to Quebec city. Nadine was a very gracious host and the guidebook was very comprehensive

This stay did not disappoint. Location made it easy to navigate to many sites around the area. Once the parking lot is figured out, it is easy to get in and out as needed. Unit is well equipped and we appreciated the umbrellas as my husband forgot his! The rooftop pool and BBQ area made an outstanding view and sun deck. Even though this is an urban area we felt safe walking up and down to the city center at various times of the day and evening.
